Malyn furniture factory, PE is a family-own company that operates in the woodworking and furniture industries of Ukraine for more than 115 years (Internationally >10 years). The factory is located in the center of the Ukrainian Forestlands. We are a full-cycle wood processor meaning that the scope of our technological processes covers all the activities from primary wood processing to waste recycling. Combining efficient governance, own closed-cycle production and enormous experience of woodworking, we are capable to produce complex and high-quality products for affordable prices.

To create and facilitate the production of wooden products that are distinguished by their high quality and affordable price, enclosing our soul, valuable experience, high-efficient technologies and responsible attitude to the environment in the manufacturing process.

How do we differentiate ourselves?
We are customer-oriented. Thankfully to our own and closed-cycle production, efficient governance structure, and modern machinery base, we are capable to fulfill the most complicated needs of our clients.
In order to make a positive contribution in the long-term perspective, we implement the CSR initiatives and develop them day by day. We use the Triple Bottom Line concept to categorize activities we implement.
Trust is essential. While building relationships with our partners, we focus on a straightforward and transparent concept, to be more precise, a customer has to receive exactly what was ordered to the necessary place in the agreed timeframes.
Nothing is perfect. Therefore, we put into practice the LEAN manufacturing concept and KAIZEN concept of continuous improvements. Moreover, we always promote close communication with our partners for better fulfillment of their needs.
Cost optimization is one of the main reasons for outsourcing. We are aware of it and, therefore, our technological processes organized in a way to provide a distinct balance of affordable price and high quality.
You do not have to care about the transportation of ordered goods as we work on DAP terms (Incoterms 2010). Therefore, all the products will be carefully delivered to the required address. In case you already have transport, FCA terms could be applied either.
What do we offer?
We process the following wood species:
The core product is finger-jointed timber. It is always used in the manufacturing of other goods from our portfolio. The other products, such as mouldings, furniture parts, panels and interior doors, can be also wrapped in the oak veneer, colored and lacquered. Moreover, moulding and decorative panels can be wrapped into the lacquered pre-impregnated paper.
Consequently, there are high customization possibilities while working with us.
